Corsair Esports

Corsair Esports is a gaming organization held at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. It was founded in 2022, But struggled with awareness and advertising. I decided to take the initiative and create social media and advertising for the organization.

Shown is the marketing and content management work I did for UMass Dartmouth’s Corsair Esports from 2023-2025. As the Student Marketing Director, tasks included managing various social media platforms and collaborating with key leadership members to ensure effective communication and brand promotion of the program. I also helped to lead a small group of students on my team to help design assets for the organization.

Through my work of advertising and marketing the program on campus and online, I helped grow membership from around 50 members to over 400. We have received numerous donations, as well as growing the program from small meetings in a classroom to our own shared space on campus with over 12 gaming computer setups. I have received the "Emerging Leader Award" by the Student Activities, Involvement, & Leadership program for my work.
